I reserve copyright, ownership and redistribution rights to the commissioned piece - meaning you cannot use it for any commercial purposes unless I give you permission. Also you absolutely cannot use it for NFTs or as something to train AI on.My commissions are meant for personal uses only - be it pfps, banners, pretty much any kind of non-commercial display, you can even print it out if you'd like, just make sure to credit me if you do so.I have the right to display the commissioned work on my socials/website. if the piece is of your original character, you will be credited accordingly.I have the right to decline your comm if it's something that crosses my boundaries/I'm not comfortable doing.Also just a reminder that my commissions are only digital, not physical!

PAYMENT

In order for me to start working on the commission, you'll first have to pay 50% of the price up front as a Kofi tip (link in the 'links' section) after I receive the filled out google form from you. The rest of the price will be paid when I fully finish the piece.No refunds are possible unless initiated by me.

WORK

It should take me around 1-2 weeks to fully finish a piece, however the work duration may vary depending on the demand, complexity of the commission and/or if any personal real life stuff gets in the way. (believe it or not, I have a life outside the internet just like you!) I'll let you know if there's any delays.Throughout work, I'll do 3 "check ins" - 1st of the sketch, 2nd of the colored piece and 3rd of the final render. During these check ins, you can let me know if you're okay with how it looks or if you'd like me to change anything.Please keep in mind that I may charge you extra 2€ depending on how big the change is.(e.g. - I send you the sketch during the 1st check in and you decide that you want me to change the pose completely, meaning I'll pretty much have to start over)
